It consists of 2 similiar small portable electronic eqpt, 1 that is put on the contour of one's feet, another on the inside of knee cap while lying flat on bed with face facing up. Can do it twice daily each abt 20 mins. It helps by stimulate relevant acupoints.
Personally, seller has used it to gain 2cm and dont expect miracles like gaining 10cm, which is not possible. As it merely helps to stimulate acupoints tt in turn promotes cell growth etc.
And most importantly, one must oso eat well, exercise regularly, have enough sleep to supplement wht the eqpt has done to max the effect.
